vogt group SE to Become Holding Company for PV Specialists ib vogt and Newly Founded vogt - factory life cycle support GmbH

The Berlin-based vogt group SE is to become the first comprehensive one-stop service provider for the solar industry. The European holding company will incorporate all local companies of factory design specialist ib vogt and newly founded vogt - factory life cycle support GmbH.

Dagmar Vogt, Chief Executive of the vogt group SE, has a ten-year track record as a solar-industry pioneer. “By establishing a European public company we have created a basis for further growth and equipped ourselves for the challenges of an international market,” she says. “The group is the only one-stop provider for the solar industry that delivers this complete spectrum of services – from initial concept to end-to-end production support.“

ib vogt GmbH has planned and built PV factories on a global scale for over ten years. The companies in the USA and Spain predominantly support sales in their home markets.

The launch of vogt - factory life cycle support GmbH has extended the range of services to include support for operation and optimization of PV production lines.

The vogt group SE currently has around 160 employees worldwide and is headquartered in Berlin. Branches and local companies are based in Wolfen (Germany), Madrid, San Francisco and London. In recent years, ib vogt GmbH has often been singled out for its entrepreneurship, outstanding working culture and commitment to society.
