THE 4TH REVOLUTION – Energy Autonomy.

The ENERGY AUTONOMY media project aims to launch a global movement. Throughout the world people are committing themselves to switching from fossil fuels and nuclear power to renewable energy. The core of the message is contained in the film ‘ENERGY AUTONOMY – THE 4TH REVOLUTION!’. With its panoramic images and sharp, perceptive analyses of the need for and feasibility of the energy revolution, this joint-funded, independently produced 100-minute cinema film will have a persuasive impact on broad sections of the public. The protagonists in this documentary film – prominent environmental activists, Nobel Prize winners, innovative entrepreneurs and politicians – illustrate how the changeover to 100% renewable energies is possible within the next 30 years. The film also demonstrates the energy revolution’s potential to offer sustainable economic development and social and economic justice. The documentary is planned for general release in 50 cities simultaneously on 18 March 2010.
